Philosophy

Those that choose to trust us aren't looking for someone to be safe or vanilla. They want spaces that are unabashedly them.

We believe interior design is a luxury, a solid process is king, and that clients deserve who we really are as designers vs a watered-down version meant to please everyone.

Those that choose to trust us aren’t looking for someone to be safe or vanilla. They want spaces that are unabashedly them, that look like them on their best day and comfort them on their worst. Spaces full of art, light, lush textures, and things that make life easier.

A space to create new memories and cherish some from the past.

When did you realize you wanted to be a designer?

I was working on music row in Nashville during my first summer break and was pulled into it by the woman I worked for. Discovered I had a talent for it so started to take classes.

You have an analogy of the difference between decorating and interior design, would you share it?

The difference between design and decorating?

It’s like a cake. A cake decorator will take that baked cake and turn it into something beautiful. The world needs decorators.

But I’m a designer. I’m going to go all pastry chef on that cake. Deconstruct it, mix in unexpected ingredients and rebuild it into something you never imagined yet is somehow exactly what you want.

You’re known for doing a lot of bespoke work on your interior projects. Why is that?

A few reasons, the first being I’m a creator at heart. Collaborating with artisans to create what doesn’t exist is joyful for me. And lastly so much of what’s in my mind doesn’t exist so the only way to incorporate it is to create it.

Is that a driving force behind the new botanical sculptures we are hearing about?

Yes, but those haven’t been released yet so you’ll have to wait for details. Let’s just say I wanted to make what I’ve been creating available to other Interior Designers.

Will you still be working on interior projects?

Absolutely! It’s working on projects where I see gaps in the market and discover my best ideas.

Made of high quality materials and by highest possible standards
