When is the best time to hire an Interior Designer?

As early as possible! Sincerely we’d much rather be wearing work boots visiting properties before major decisions are made, than having to tell you that “X” can’t be achieved at this point without considerable edits and cost to recently completed work. Your architect will appreciate it and your builder will have a clearer idea of what they’re committing to. 

We just purchased a vacation home, can you do that too?
Yes! Being located between the mountains and beach we have lots of opportunity to work on your vacation property whether it was bought for pleasure, investment, or both. If the home is meant just for your own pleasure the project will work like most of our local projects. If there is a rental aspect to it we can also furnish it down to necessities such as towels, dishes, and other travel necessities. There is something far more important to a rental though. We’ll be filtering our decisions through the eye of a renter so they’re not only attracted to your vacation spot but it’s so well laid out and stocked they’ll want to be repeat visitors.

What is your “Bespoke Atelier”? Where we buy things for the project?
It’s so much more. While we do handle purchasing for your project the atelier is something that sets us apart. We often make custom one of a kind items for projects. Sometimes the word custom is used when what’s really being discussed is a made-to-order item. We love the personalization of a made-to-order item. When we use the word custom for say a sofa we mean we drew sketches of a sofa, diagrammed details, and worked with one of our makers to create it. How many inches tall, how deep the seat is, the filling recipe, the lean of the back, every single detail fits our sketches and diagrams. And we don’t stop as sofas, we have designed lighting, wallpapers, art installations, and more.
